What is QES and why should I choose it?
QES (Qualified Electronic Signature) is the highest level of electronic signature assurance. Under eIDAS, it has the equivalent legal effect of a handwritten signature (Article 25(2)) and is recognized across EU Member States (Article 25(3)). How long does certification take?
The maximum processing time is 24 business hours after KYC is approved. In most cases, processing is faster.

When does the 24-hour timeline start?
The timeline starts as soon as identity verification (KYC) is approved. Until KYC is validated, the file remains on hold.

Do I need to go anywhere physically?
No. Everything is done online: document upload, payment, KYC, and certified delivery.

Why is KYC mandatory?
KYC verifies the identity of the person related to the certification and ensures the file meets compliance requirements.

Who must complete KYC if I pay for someone else?
KYC must be completed by the person named in the order, meaning the identity holder linked to the document being certified.

You receive a transactional email as soon as the document is ready and can download it immediately from your Documents area.
